If you wish to return or exchange your bracelets, please contact us with a detailed message and we will help you through the return process, which is of course, free of charge.

What is the return process like?

Once you've contacted us, we will create a return label for your convenience. All you need to do is print the label, attach it to the box you're returning, and drop it off at your post office. That's it!

When will I get my money refunded?

Your order will automatically be refunded once the products you've returned reach our warehouse. Know that a return fee of $4.99 will be applied for every returns.

Please note: exchanges are possible within 30 days of purchase for products in perfect condition.

Custom-made bracelets are non-refundable. Exchanges may be possible depending on the circumstances.

You can easily place and check out orders on the website. For custom orders, you will receive a unique order form which you can also check out through the website.

When orders are placed on Fridays, or during the weekends, they sometimes take a little while longer to process, due to order build-up.

When it comes to international shipping, delays occasionally occur, since there are more moving parts involved, such as customs and different postal services handling deliveries once abroad.

After you place your order, it takes us 24 to 48 hours to pack and get it ready to ship.

Packages are typically delivered within 7-10 business days after the ship date for U.S.orders. 

For International orders, it takes 11-14 business days after the package ships.
